Do you believe that America is more factionalized and divided than in the past?

1) In Federalist #10 (please see http://www.let.rug.nl/usa/documents/1786-1800/the-federalist-papers/the-federalist-10.php), Madison cautioned us against the negative effects of factions. Do you believe that America is more factionalized and divided than in the past? Provide examples to support your position. What can be done to control the effects of factions more effectively?
2) Select three (3) of the principles in the ASPA Code of Conduct (please see from aspanet.org/ASPADocs/ASPA%20Code%20of%20Ethics-2013%20with%20Practices.pdf) that are most challenging for your position and your organization. Explain why those principles are challenging in your organization.
