Social Mobility in the Accountancy Profession in the UK

This paper is to look at social mobility in the accounting profession and to see what companies are doing to combat social mobility in accounting in the UK. It is to focus on the ‘Big Four’ Accounting companies in the UK (KPMG, Delloite, PwC, and Ernst & Young) to see what they are doing to help with social mobility. I would like a content analysis carried out for my research part of the dissertation using the companies annual reports for the last 3 years.
