Write a Diversity Discussion

In your lesson, you were asked to view TED Talks on diversity from different angles. Discuss what you chose to view and what you thought. Did the speakers raise any points that were eye-opening for you? Were there parts of the speech where you could identify?

Find the diversity statement for your organization. From what you have studied up to this point, does it seem to be observed? If the organization has advertisements, do they portray a diverse population (race, gender, ability, sexual orientation, etc.) or not? Did this diversity statement or program exist prior to summer 2020?
