The instrument is based on the measuring instrument developed by Goodhue and Thompson (1995) to measure task-technology fit and individual performance. The instrument has 16 dimensions of TPC, which are mapped to 8-TPC factors (Goodhue and Thompson, 1995). This study’s attributes were measured using Goodhue and Thompson’s 16-dimension of TPC, which are mapped to the 8-TPC factors survey instrument. The survey instrument developed by Goodhue and Thompson (1995) was modified to apply to the use of data-centric security in cloud computing environments.
