This paper is a project management review, I feel it misses technical information′s especially in execution and operation. These are requirements: 1. Details of Project Conception (Phase A): It includes Details of project initiation, feasibility study or RFP. 2. Details of Project Definition (Phase B): Details of planning: budget, project schedule, Gantt chart, cost analysis, quality plan, risk assessment etc. Also: Scope statement or SOW that includes high-level user requirements and system requirements. Work breakdown structure and work packages or tasks. Project organization. Responsibility assignments of key personnel to work packages. Project schedules showing events, milestones, or points of critical action. Budget and allocation to work packages. Quality plan for monitoring and accepting project deliverables, including testing plan. Risk plan and contingency or mitigation measures. Procurement plan. Communication plan Work review plan. Change control plan. Implementation plan to guide conversion to, or adoption of, deliverables. Health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and plan. 3. Details of Project Execution (Phase C) It includes: Detail design stages, construction stages and controlling design.
