Go to this YouTube channel (here: The School of Life: Western Philosophy), and select three videos to watch among the following: Philosophy: Plato Philosophy: Socrates Philosophy: Epicurus Philosophy: Aristotle After watching the videos, find a work of art from any period in the Ancient Greek time frame (e.g., from c. 750 BCE – 30 BCE) that best reflects each of the three philosophies you learned about in the three videos (You will, therefore, have three different works of art for three different philosophies). You can find the works by doing an ArtStor search for ″Greek Art″, though you may have better luck (and less results, oddly) if you go to Google. (Please watch this video for tips on using Google for images; though it specifically discusses how to use images in Discussion posts, the tips on selecting an image from Google Image search pertain to this assignment as well:How To…Find and Use a Google Image Write two paragraphs on each work, similar to what you did for the Ancient Egyptian Writing Assignment. Identify the work, describe it, and then explain how you believe it reflects the philosophy for which it is an example. Be specific and detailed. You can do additional research on the philosophies if you choose, but it is not necessary. If you do engaged in additional research, you will need citations and bibliography. Please have images, just as in Writing Assignment #2.
