Reflect back on those situations from the perspective of motivation. How much of the learning difficulty might be attributable to a lack of motivation, as opposed to lack of prerequisite skill or poor instruction? Using the ARCS model, analyze the situation for its probable motivational characteristics. Determine a set of motivational objectives, and then suggest strategies you think would be effective for stimulating motivation. Provide a rational for each of your decisions. Implement biblical principles within the model. For the length of this assignment, each aspect should be significantly addressed. This assignment should be geared to your sphere of influence.
