Personality traits and Occupational stress among IT professionals- Statistics/SPSS knowledge required.

A quantitative psychology research report. Conducted a cross-sectional survey using online questionnaires. Occupational stress as the outcome variable and Predictor variables are: Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness. Have attached the report guidance document ‘Report Guidance Document.doc’ detailing each section and also refer ‘Dessertation_Info.doc’ for few other details like scale info, result info etc. There is no specific hypothesis, and the rationale is ‘To investigate the relationship between personality traits and occupational stress of employees working in IT companies during the Covid-19 Pandemic’. Another document that tells about the SPSS variables – ‘SPSS Data Variables-Details.doc’. Data stored in excel file format – ‘Occupational Stress_Cleaned Data.xlsx'(since spss file format is not supported here). But i can provide the spss format if needed via email or so. Run the descriptive statistics, bivariate correlation and multiple regression in SPSS and use the result for analysis.
