Financial Statement Analysis.

The company is a retail company, and their most recent financial statements are copied below. Required: 2-page write-up that states: a. Whether you believe the company is a going concern b. A recommendation to buy, hold, or sell the company’s stock c. Supporting evidence for your conclusions to both 1 and 2 • Supporting evidence should include analysis of the company’s profitability, solvency, leverage, and market value in the form of ratios. • Altman Z”-score • In an appendix (after the 1-2 page write up) please provide all supporting calculations for any ratio/calculation cited in the write up. (This appendix may be as simple as an excel file that is sent with the write up). Competitors you may look up for comparison: Walmart and/or Target.
