Conduct a systematic review of the literature in relation to diagnosis and treatment of childrens UTI’s in the community

The paper needs to cover the treatment of Paediatric Urinary Tract Infections (UTI) in the community setting.Reason for picking the topic is having to write a Paediatric guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of these in the future. The title is open to adaption and is just a working title. Objective is to find out if there is a common theme when treating Paeds UTI and whether the NICE guidelines are adhered to or not. Inclusion criteria are children aged 0-16 however excluding children under 3 months as these require admission to hospital and also pregnant teenagers. as this is a different guideline all together. A mixed research method and papers can be used to get a wider range of data. A proposed data synthesis/ analysis -of how ? what ? examples ? and tips for exampled is required
