A focused research and strategic analysis of the company and report results in a Power Point presentation (5-8 slides), backed by supporting materials (resources). Perhaps 4-6 sources, and focus on major strategic issues, actions and results. The presentation of results will include strategy recommendations for appropriate and complementary Corporate-level, key (selected) Business-level and selected Functional-level strategies, along with key implementation steps. Develop a scenario planning outline for the Global Business Strategy environment for the Walmart. The output of the scenario plans should be summarized in 5-8 power point slides.
