This assignment builds on work from Assignment 1, so ideally the same expert or access to the previous assignment would be ideal. This task involves discussing different leadership models, strategies, and/or approaches that could help leaders deal with the challenging circumstances of the chosen organisation. The discussion must indicate, describe and justify at least 3 models, strategies and/or approaches that a leader could use to successfully lead an organisation under challenging circumstances. This discussion will inform the creating of general assertions about leading under challenging circumstances.
