Lap report for some data should do standard curve and write the report as per the instructions that will be uploaded

Labe report: Sample/Patient A and sample/patient B are two different 50 year old women, who have a plasma sample at different timepoints during an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) (see the relevant slides/handbook on moodle for information). OGTT involves drinking 75g Anhydrous Glucose (glucose monohydrate BP 82.5g) dissolved in 250ml water (final volume 300ml). Patient A and B attended the clinic fasting, and were given the glucose load to drink within one minute. Venous plasma samples were taken at zero minutes (before glucose load), 30, 60, 120, and 180 minutes. These were stored appropriately (-80oC) until assay. Based on the data, which patient (A or B) is most likely to have type 2 diabetes? What differences do you see between patients and between timepoints, and why? It is appreciated statistical analysis of patient data will be limited, but make subjective comparisons where necessary. The data for conducting the lab report are on moodle (Lab report data.xlsx).
