Task You need to complete the Governance Responsibility Matrix for 4 Phones. A template is provided for this assignment. Your textbook provides information on how to complete a RASCI matrix on pages 314-315. For each category in the template you need to identify at least three relevant business rules/ decisions that apply to that category and what action various project members perform (if any) in the exercise of that business rule. An example of what is required is has been provided in the procurement category.
