Discussion: Graphing Lines and Systems

Graphs are commonly used in professional settings to display data. Think about your major or profession. When would you use a linear graph or a system of equations? In your response include the following: What type of data can be used for the graph? How would you identify and label the axes? How would you calculate the slope of the line? How would you interpret the line and data? Review your peers’ graph applications and provide comments. Extend the discussion by providing additional ways graphs can be used and applied in professional settings. Respond substantively to at least two peers in this discussion.
